My friend that had the CafePress shop that sold the “Haldir Lives” t-shirts got an e-mail from them that said the following:
“As you know, we have received notification from the legal representative for Tolkien Enterprises stating that they feel that some of the content in your Cafepress.com shops is infringing upon their intellectual property rights. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact Tolkien Enterprises or their attorneys directly.”
Those of you that also have CafePress merchandise with Haldir’s name or likeness on it might have to take them down.
Bruce Hopkins was added to the Dragon*Con lineup last week, so let’s hope that Craig will be added as well!
